Saw the latest page of Outsider and was glad to get a look at human small arms. If I may ask, what is the biggest nastiest gun a human ground pounder could use against a hard trooper?

They'd have a variety of weapons, but if the combat is on the ground rather than aboard ship, their best man-portable weapon would probably be a man-portable cannon or something similar to the smartgun used in Aliens.

Would the human soldiers have access to exo systems (not to be confused with powered armor) to help them bear more weight?

They might have harnesses like the ones in Aliens, but I don't think wearable powered exo frames are practical. That is, if a weapon is too heavy to carry and it needs a robotic chassis to carry it, then it would be much cheaper and more capable to just have it be robotic; no need to try to cram a human in it.

Your characters are great!

Some hours ago I wanted to register for the forum on the well-of-souls site but was deflected by some error:

"General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]

Got error 134 from storage engine [1030]

An SQL error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact the Board Administrator if this problem persists."

So here I am, telling the Board Administrator publicly :D

(A quick check for "mysql error 134" suggests that there may be a database error. No further idea.)

Edit: I got the same error a few minutes ago.
Looks like it should be fixed. Let me know if you encounter further problems.
