Hooman fish thing pt.2

This is my older betta fish, Clear, as a human.
He's a bit more excitable and loves people. He likes eating and following people's fingers. When I first got him, he was almost completely white, but now he's more blue.
I decided to go with my usual style when it comes to chibi with the thicker lines and colored outline.
