Lens Flare Particle v1.0 [SFM Resource]

This is a modified particle from Dota2 to use as a pretty nifty lens flare thing.  Useful for those that do not have access to software to add in the special post-effects.

DOWNLOAD
Click the Download button on the right or wherever it is.

INSTALL
Merge the included files with your "usermod" folder.  Everything will go where it needs to be.
