NOTICE: This information and rules are a standard set. Information on horse's official references is more case-by-case.
That being said, if it says you can ask on a reference then you can ask!

also if for some reason I've left your "breeding rules signed" bullet as red and you HAVE signed these, please note/comment on the horse! I'm sometimes forgetful.

So I have decided to make another update on these, as I realize that most of you are like myself and dislike long paragraphs of text to read. Since no new rule is new I will be transferring old "I agree to this statements".

Basically. I've shortened the rules for you lot. :la:

Breeding Rules:

  1. Breeding images are a requirement on most horses. You can either do a full body, full background image, or an animated headshot. (please note me if this is an issue. We might be able to reach an agreement where I wont require one.)    
    1. When I say most horses - that can be a case by case thing. I'm not entirely concerned with some horse's kaaring (be it long lines/no plans to count kaaring for that horse/etc) and will not require one from you <3
  2. Mates must be approved for the breeding. This is to prevent crossbreeding.
  3. Notify me of all foals! I need to keep up to date on their slots, and hate finding foals I didn't know about.
  4. I require slots on all offspring. (however, there is a good chance I might return it :3)
  5. If you plan on selling, let me know! I do allow selling, and there is a chance I would like to buy the foal!
  6. If you do sell the foal, I must be notified who the foal was sold to.
  7. You can usually breed dominant mutations out of my horses! I'll specify if I don't allow doms.
  8. Under no circumstances will I ever give you a refund. All sales should be considered final. I do not care if you were afterwords blacklisted/left nordanners/whatever. You buy at your own risk, but I should not have to pay for your mistakes.

Dominant Mutation Horses:

  • This is a rule only in place with my dominant mutations. Do not ask for slots on their ref or note me. Watch my journals, deviations, or polls to find out when slots become publicly available. I've had an issue with my horses filling up too fast in the past and would like it to stop.

If you break these rules, know that you are subject to blacklist from my stable. This means you will not be able to buy any more breeding slots, purchase any horses, or order comissions.

What You Can Expect From Me As A Breeder:

I thought I'd throw this out there to you guys c:
  1. I will mark sire/dam slots, unless you are blacklisted from my stable.
  2. I will notify if I intend to sell the foal
  3. I will notify either when the foal's design is uploaded or I make a ref!
  4. Slots will never have a "use by this date" marked on them.
  5. Once a deal is agreed upon, there will never be any intentional changes to the agreement. Please note me if you feel an agreement has changed. I make mistakes sometimes! 
    • note that if your requirement from me has changed. I might change yours. (ex: we originally agreed no breeding image required, but then you changed it to require a breeding image from me. I will then require a breeding image from you.)


Blacklist:

These breeders have been banned for various reasons. They are no longer allowed to purchase breeding slots, horses, or interact with my stable in any way. (some names have been cleared off)
