Looking for a 2D character artist

I'm looking for a character artist for a wizardy themed adventure game.
I must point out this is a freeware game and on a budget of -1
The character would be vector style and animated to walk, talk, idle in 8 directions, other characters will just have idle and talk.
I currently doing a proof of concept using draft backgrounds, character and engine test for user controls etc. hopefully this will be ready this time next week.
I know its a big ask
