Some exciting news guys! I've joined with the team at Kapow and Kings Comics to present a brand new show dedicated to Cosplay. Mini Animania was last weekend and I entered my first ever cosplay competition there. The costume I chose, Maria the Feso Merchant from Granado Espada, was the most complex costume I've ever attempted and took me just under 3 months to complete. I attempted lots of things that were completely new to me - wig work, armour, fabric painting - but in the end I learned so much and, above all, gained the confidence to try more new things in the future! I came away from Mini Animania with Master Novice. I'm ecstatic with the result!
