Edit: I dug up one of the original edits that I'd done of this where the colours were warmer and more vibrant.

I love it. It's wacky, but beautiful. It's pretty much what I want from modern art, just that modern art keeps disappointing me and this piece of art is probably 100 years old...

I don't know why, but Jugendstil, Belle Epoche, Victorian, or Meji are to me the names of when architecture was still amazing and yet, they feel so quaint and familiar to me. Maybe it's because it was at the end of an era when technology, mass production, internationalism, etc. started to really take off, but the old way was still strong...
