Arcano the Descos - PKMN Victory Edition

A custom pokemon from my ongoing Pokemon Tabletop Game, Victory Edition.

Arcano, owned by Winter Anaheim, and evolved from a Charcadet. This newly discovered pokemon was named Descos, a powerful and adaptable priest pokemon.

Dex Entry: The Descos used to be pivotal in Ancient Adivinarian rituals. Its unique ability to meld shadows from its amulet into magic made it a powerful priest. Descos had not been seen in centuries since the fall of the ancient Adivinarian Kingdom, before the time of Victini and the arrival of its Champion.
