Chairman Sheng-Ji Yang, from Firaxis' Alpha Centauri, the leader of The Hive.
Besides Deidre and Zakharov, I actually sorta enjoyed spriting this faction leader, despite how much of an ass he is to negotiate with.
Do be aware that the base for the sprites is that of Megaman from Megaman 7, so the sprites belong (somewhat) to Capcom or whoever owns MM7.

I don't know why, but that creepy, overly-cheerful Asian guy in the Sharp Quattro commercials makes me think of Yang for some reason.

correction - spelled Quattron (it's a flat-screen television).
I've never heard of it. I'll have to see if I can find a video of the ad in question on youTube or somethin'. 
It's mostly how the guy talks that reminds me of Yang. Then again, the guy in the commercials also seems to have a hint of Morgan's voice as well.
