Village Pond

It's been a rather long while since I whipped up an actual landscape portrait,so here it is. This is from the actual photograph in a how to draw landscapes book I recently purchased. It's probably not my very best,but I followed the steps to the latter and did the best I could for it.

As it shows,I need to really brush up on pencil strokes and shading,but am still practicing it as we speak.
Please let me know what you think of this piece when you can.
