Description
A sketched and inked portrait of longtime Batman supporting cast character,Harvey Bullock, hard as nails police detective.
However, here's something I want to know about him...why was he never in any of the recent Batman movies. Well,I should probably be grateful that he was in the recent batman TAS and the recent live action Gotham series.
Knowing screw-up hollywood these days he probably won't be in the upcoming THE BATMAN movie. Man,some characters just don't get the love they deserve.

Maybe the reason he hasn't been in recent Batman movies is because he isn't very memorable or known. I certainly didn't think much of the guy, but I do remember him from the Batman animated series. Also he does have more of a role in the Gotham series.
