Personality: 

This long smooth Aqrion has a soft heart for any ceta that inhabits the oceans.

Echo will almost exclusively hunt during the night given her dark coloration that makes her harder to spot at night. During the daytime she will only kill prey that is already injured due to the long sea kelp arms that hold them hostage. She loves the sea kelp, not just because of the prey, but also because their leafs feel nice on her skin. Little fish like to feed on her dead skin cells which she also enjoys a lot.

At daytime Echo likes to rub her belly among the pebble covered ground, or go sunbathing at the shores from beaches in the hot sand, while the gentle waves of the ocean re-moisturizes her skin.
She basically is kinda laid back at times and curious who loves to observe and be goofy with other aqrions. One could think that she is related to dolphins due to her personality, hence the nickname she was given.
