I feel the danger, but it’s so attractive,
I am inquiring I know, I shouldn’t go,
I understand why Alice wasn’t so naive,
Every good stories start with a vertigo,
You lose something and run around,
Once in your hand, your self is found.

I really enjoy the serenity of this piece. There was an exercise I remember reading about in a book that pertained to something similar to this, it was one of those "humanizing" exercises where you lay flat on your back on the grass staring at the sky and try your hardest to switch your world upside-down. Where you start to imagine you are glued to the grass at your back and at any moment you could fall into the blue and white abyss that is the sky "below" you. Basically changing up from down. Adding in the window is a great concept because at least there you have something to hold onto. I really like the warm colors that you've added into this piece and how some parts seem sharp (the window frame) and others seem whispy like the grass.
