Okay, here's the thing about ice cream in the Philippines. I just want to state that we, Filipinos, love ice cream. We have this dessert called halo-halo. The word "halo" is English for "mix" and, once you see the dessert, you will know exactly why it is called like that.At first, I didn't think that there was anything special about it, except for its sweet, heat-extinguishing goodness, because it's not unusual to see it here.
