Baby Jolteon (with pattern)

Description

Of the first 3 Eevee evolutions, Jolteon has probably got to be my favorite :D  The base pattern is pretty much the same as Eevee's.  I didn't write a pattern for the spikes on his bottom, but I basically just crocheted a bunch of triangles and sewed them on.  Spikes around his head are cut out from sheets of felt.  Eyes are needle felted: tutorial-->Needle Felted Eyes: A basic picture tutorial by aphid777

Other patterns can be found in "Crocheted works"--> "Patterns tutorials" folder of my gallery.

Baby Jolteon Pattern:

As usual, please credit me should you use or alter this pattern since it takes me a lot of time to figure out and type these up and please be respectful and don't sell the finished product since I don't own this character!  Thank you!

If you would like to make a donation to fuel my yarn addiction and for the free patterns, I would be ever-so grateful! :dummy:

Ears:

(Size E hook)

**Ears will be made in 2 parts and combined.

Step 1: (This will make the little spike in the middle of his ear.)
1.  Magic ring 4
2.  [Sc, inc] around (6)
3.  FO

Step 2: (This begins the main part of his ear.)
1.  Magic ring 4
2.  [Sc, inc] around (6)
3.  [Sc, inc] around (9)
4.  [Sc 2, inc] around (12)
5.  Sc around (12)
6.  Sc, dec, sc 2
Insert hook into a stitch on the piece made in step 1 and continue along as follows:
7.  Dec, sc 2, dec
The 2 parts should be combined on one side now.  Insert hook back into the stitch after the connection on the second piece and continue as follows:
8.  Sc 2, dec, sc 3, dec, sc
Both pieces should now be connected completely and you should have a continuous round of 13 stitches.
9.  Sc around (13)
10.  Sc 5, dec, sc 4, dec (11)
11-12.  Sc around 2 times (11)
13.  FO

**For the tail spikes, I crocheted a bunch of triangles and sewed them on (I didn't write out a pattern for this part).
**Neck spikes are cut out from sheets of felt.
**Eyes are needle felted directly onto the surface.
