o.o this here has been done for months, much like the other refs. although it's been done longer since i did nothing for 2 months ...

o_o no one is actual size. o.o doesn't really need to be reminded, but it's gotta be said anyway



Madeline
or "Maddie" for short. very timid, but curious of the world. her self esteem is pitiful since she's been deemed unwanted by her group of shrooms due to her shrooms, general chubbiness, and the fact that she can't exactly glow ... so yeah. o_o but as fate would have it, she would encounter interesting people in Soun and his team. Huwie in particular. she's very attached to him

she would be taken away from her home in the Lush Jungle to possibly end up sauteed and placed on a delicious Take Down Steak from Melemele's Battle Buffet ... o3o fortunately, she escaped before she would get horribly killed. o_o she ended up following Soun and the others since she thought it could be destiny since ... well, she really has nowhere to go. so she followed them for a little while and ended up joining them. she helped a very distraught Soun and Huwie feel better after the incident with the Totem Wishiwashi ...

i've been waiting to show her off for some time. fortunately, her kind is fairly easy to draw. o_o in battle ... they're not really the best pokes around. since they're nocturnal counterparts to Paras, those stats aren't the best around either. at least their typing's good. sure, there's a nasty double weakness to Poison, but if you slap Fairy on any type, it'll instantly be better

Pickles
an easygoing Pyukumuku. she usually just spends her days dozing off. she has a vast interest in donuts and anything else shaped like an anus. she's not proud of herself for this

these guys are simple to draw. only tricky part's those spikes on its body. o_o and in battle? o.o they're definitely interesting ... o_o;; but not the best poke for a Nuzlocke. o.o outside of Breakneck Blitz and All Out Pummeling, they have no direct methods of attacking whatsoever. their only means of offense are Bide and Counter. they don't even get Mirror Coat, so they can't act as a weird Wobbuffet ... o3o;; but they, essentially, are a Wobbuffet with a plethora of support options. and that ability would be super deadly if its defenses weren't questionable. its HP is lousy at a base 55. and paired up with base 130 defenses, it'll be a while til it goes down. o.o but still, i wouldn't underestimate that ability, which is potentially a much better Aftermath

Amphisbaena
or Amphy, for short. o_o Amphy's a very unique Salandit. o.o he's a gluttonous everything eater, she can only say "bae" (not pronounced bay, ya dingus), and they have no specified gender. they don't care what you call it. he, she, they, Amphy doesn't give a shit. <_< but that's not important and it never will be. o_o reason for this and several other bizarre quirks? Amphy's an escaped lab experiment from the same secret labs that Soun resided in for 10 years. o.o go to the secondary info for their history. Amphy can only be described as ... well, Amphy

Amphy's a horrendous lab experiment. they're a horrific amalgamation of 10 imported Salandits who were injected with Moonsandian blood and ended up devouring each other very violently since they didn't handle the injection well. the last one that remained ended up merging with the indiscernible chunks of other Salandits that covered the small room they were trapped in and mutated into Amphisbaena. the experiment was ultimately deemed a failure, but they kept Amphy around for experiments ... primarily around torture. the reason for all of that? those scientists just wanted a Salandit to grow a 2nd head ... and that's it. nothing else. who the fuck hired these guys!?

o3o;; it was a little tricky trying to get 'em right. o_o but i managed to pull it off, as well as add a few things to make it "original". o.o most notably, the blood tattoos on each side of its face ... and the white nostrils. they're loosely based on a boss of the same name from Bravely Second, you see

Cuddlebuns
o3o an adorable thing with an adorable name ... and she's not proud of it. it's kept for honor, though. o.o she strives to be a strong warrior and hates hugs. although til she met Soun, she's never felt the warmth of one due to some lousy influences. o_o she is a huge fan of Kotonoha and immediately idolized her after seeing her in action at the Battle Royal Dome

o.o not easy to draw. ._. that head's tricky. o_o and i swear, i did not initially think of that while naming her. o.o i just thought it sounded adorable. it popped up and sounded familiar, but i didn't care and just called her that. ._. but then i remembered that her name was the name of some weird, but admittedly adorable, creature from Johnny Test's Pokemon ripoff, Tinymon. o3o remember when Johnny Test was a thing? well i don't want to remember either
Dovah
the youngest member of a dominantly female family. Dovah's the only son of an underleveled Salamence who had multiple daughters. this was, in fact, that very same one that killed Puffle. and we know what happened to that thing, so yeah. Dovah's goal is to avenge his family and kill Soun. o_o you'd think that it's justified, but then you remember what big pricks those Bagons were, with the Salamence being the biggest prick. Dovah is no exception to this prick family. he doesn't realize that his family's already been avenged courtesy of Hala

o.o if you recall from Nancy's info, she was intended to be a notable boxed poke ... o_o but then i thought this lil' bastard could do the job much better. o.o for frigs sake, this thing's a pseudo. o3o;; and the mythical lvl 10 Salamence was encountered, so ... purpose and shit

Gladion
an edgelord. that's the best way to describe this guy. acts like a chuunibyou too. o_o but unlike those guys, Gladion actually has the power to prove his worth. o.o he, along with his enigmatic partner, Type: Null, strive to be strong

an escapee of a, currently, unknown organization. through unknown means, Gladion had acquired the ability to imbue his body with his own will. he's able to coat his body in kind of strange silver armor. Gladion's able to break through most things with great ease with his Silver techniques. but there's a catch. this ability is linked to Null. if it goes down in battle, so will the power. as shown when Gladion broke his hand as he was about to go through Soun's Hana

o_o not easy to make. o.o and even then, i still messed up on some things ... o3o but i went with some mistakes anyway

Hapu
a 38 year old midget from Poni. o3o;; it's a crude way to describe her, but it's accurate. o.o she has plenty of experience and goes around Alola, traveling, riding on her Mudsdale. most are surprised by her age

i know she's a youngin', but come on, she did not have that vibe. o_o i always saw her as an adult woman who just happens to be short as hell. o.o didn't act bratty or anything. anyhow, she was annoying to make. especially that friggin hat thing

The Masked Royal
the biggest celebrity in Royal Avenue, he's very well known in the Battle Royal Dome for his skills as a trainer, his willingness to teach others about the Battle Royal, and most of all, his insane strength and those goddamn abs. o3o this pro wrestler once suplexed a Snorlax that got a Belly Drum boost ... with just 1 arm. his identity is a mystery ... and he ain't Kukui ... nnnope

o.o wasn't too hard to make, but then there's those extra details here and there. like the mask itself

Kiawe
the Fire Trial Captain and one of very few people allowed to have both ears and eyebrows. he's usually serious, but he isn't immune to ... well, Soun's existence. o3o;; the shit that happens around him can make anyone react wildly. o_o Kiawe has a deep hatred for a giant Salazzle dubbed "Succubus"

o_o the hair's tricky, but once you figure out the basics to it, you get used to it quickly. also, those weird hairs on his shoulders? that's part of the necklace. o3o im not kidding, it shows in the concept art

Wasted Space
real name; Sir Puffy Nippleton IX ... but who wants to refer themselves to that? he's a laid back member of the narration team and enjoys tormenting the pink haired narrator alongside Sir Roland

the wasted space has been a running gag since XN-HV, so i might as well characterize it
