just as it says, it's a Togetic. more specifically, my part for this next part of a new series of collabs by :iconkrisantyne: (here www.deviantart.com/gottadrawem… o3o now it's gen 2)

o.o pretty iconic in a couple of ways. Misty's Togepi became this (a gen later ...) and then there was that special egg you got in G/S/C (or HG/SS). also, it's adorable. ^^; and it looks simple to draw, o3o;; but it can be tricky depending on how you want to make it ...

._. wasn't the best battler, though. o3o;; hell, in its debut, it was garbage. friggin adorable garbage. its only good moves were specific TM's. ._.;; guess GameFreak figured that since it got Metronome that it didn't need an actual movepool. ^^; thank frig for the physical/special split ... and an actual movepool ... and Togekiss ... and Eviolite ... and the Fairy type, o3o the years have been great to this thing
