It's Heliolisk!

o.o i was hoping to get Dedenne, but it was taken randomly. o3o so i went with this underappreciated thing. it was tricky at some points, particularly with the frills. o.o but it's mostly a relatively simple lizard poke to make. o3o;; one who, admittedly, looks more like a middle stage than a final form. i mean, come on. i know for sure im not the only one who thought that

o3o a pretty capable poke in battle. both its special attack and speed are pretty great, its special defense ain't bad, and having Dry Skin is always good (unless it's in the sun and against a Fire type). and being a Normal type, it has a wide variety of moves in its disposal, including fucking Surf. o3o;; however, its physical stats could be better, including defense ... Mach Punch is a middle finger to it. o3o at least it can flip the bird to an Aqua Jet user
