It's Blacephalon!

you know, i would've had this scanned since i can scan shit now, o3o;; but i drew this on a little sketchbook and i couldn't bear to tear the page out. plus, pictures will make sizes vary more, so yeah. good to have a 2nd option

o_o;; i wasn't really pleased to get an Ultra Beast for a random poke. o3o;; i got nothing against them, but ... they're all hard to draw. and Blacephalon's no exception. o.o plus, considering how it appears and how it acts, i just had to do a more expressive pose. felt like i wouldn't do the alien clown jester thing justice otherwise. o_o could've been much worse, though. o3o;; could've been Buzzwole or Celesteela or even friggin Guzzlord. at least this is just a colorful beanpole made of circles

unsurprisingly, like every other Ultra Beast not named Guzzlord, Blacephalon is a beast in battle. o3o atrociously bad pun intended. a colossal base 151 special attack stat alongside a great base 107 speed will naturally make it a menace. it has a great offensive type too. ._.;; defensive, not so much. it's weak to Stealth Rock and nearly every priority move ... o3o;; most of which are physical ... which are not good for its crappy base 53 defense and HP. ._.;; that surprisingly amazing, but useless, attack stat (127) should've gone there instead
