agreed. i have a history degree, so it couldn't be a subject i was more interested. we (humans) have had periods like this, the industrial revolution, the bronze age, the black plague, the invention of the printing press, etc. they all brought periods of rapid changes that upset the people affected by them. big change makes things harder and change much more than what people intended it to! love work!

the depression was like the hangover from the industrialization of the mid to late 1800s. this could be from the computerization of the last few decades. it worked out well after the depression so this one should work out. we also just hit 7 billion ppl recently. we will hit 8 in 11 yrs or so. and we have the globalization of trade thrown in. it has at least turned into interesting times to be around...

im not sure how much credit i should take for these creations. i dont really plan them out too much, but they wouldnt happen without me. so i suppose i deserve at least some of the credit. the pastely colors are nice...

Of course you can take full credit for your paintings :D! Don't be so modest.

i try to keep my ego under control. one of my greatest faults is i can be too full of myself. so a little humility doesnt harm me too much. underneath it all i still think too highly of myself...

You haven't even begun to see paradigms tarnish. Nice painting though.
