Warm greetings to this community that has left its original essence and begins to mix with artificial intelligence. Although, for the time being, to replace art with AI, we lovers will have to describe exactly what we want. For now, we are safe. I am one of those cartoonists who love the line and the stroke, where each must be in its space and time, and black and white, where so much can be expressed with this economy of means. I have always felt the need to express the worlds that rule my head, and my brain chose drawing. Even though my hand didn't understand its commands. That's how I began to teach myself, because in my youth there were only the famous encyclopaedias around me, no teachers, no Internet, no manuals, no videos and only a few very expensive drawing books. But it was always clear to me that the mother of all skills is practice. The interesting thing is to practise, and to keep practising, no matter how far you get. Enjoy the process, nothing else. Why did you do that? Because I just liked it. After many years of doing other computer work, I decided at the end of 2020 to draw animals and other things with pencil. Today, I simply want to get closer to the viewer of my work and in some way please his retina. And without artificial intelligence, I will continue to try to achieve what the Aristotelians were able to express in words:
"The purpose of art is to give body to the secret essence of things, not to copy their appearance."
Thank you very much
Muchas gracias

Thanks so much for watching, Antonio!
Have a wonderful creative week! ![]()
I really like your shared love of black and white photography. It's wonderful how, with such economy of means, you can create pieces that capture the viewer's attention. And the angles you sometimes find to take the shot. Have a good day anyway.
