I did this for a bar where I live..Yet another piece of my art is hanging in a bar xD It was painted for a huge Halloween party but they liked it so much I sold it for $200 It will also be used for a set design in a movie! I wanted to use very dark colors to create an eerie atmosphere, perfect for Halloween. Then I added blood to give a trace of horror

I used acrylic and watercolor paints on an approximately 4'x3' BIGGEST PIECE OF WORK I HAVE EVER DONE :) It's obvious that I was only able to take a photograph

Great job! I love the composition : it's really guiding my eyes into and arount the picture.
I am particularly fond of the two glowing eyes under the stump : great little detail.
