chromatic flow

Commissioned tutorial for Advanced Photoshop Magazine Issue 59. It just recently came out and they wanted an abstract-type design with flowing malleable lines, so I did that and more.

Please note that I added more to this that is not explained in the tutorial seeing as it was only 13 steps, but for the most part you learn all the important things. I just wanted to add a few more details before uploading.
