Last few months
The last few months have been rather difficult for me since one of my family members got really ill. Because of that dA wasn't my main priority. I set DD's, replied to notes and questions, but wasn't as active as your CV as I planned to be. When I first heard the news I was devastated, didn't talk about it at all. I realized I needed to talk to others and needed to hear about their experiences. The replies were overwhelming and the conversations were so helpful. I was able to accept the fact that she's very sick and that I can't change that, but I can make her feel better even for just a couple of seconds. Because of that, I felt a little better and I started making plans again for the APN gallery;
Next few months
A contest!
I thought about starting one before, but I didn't have ideas yet. I wanted it to be an easily accessible theme so new and experienced photographers could join. I wanted to be a contest not just for landscape photographers or for floral photographers, for example. I want it to be for everybody. And I came up with something! I need to work it out some more, think of prizes and deadlines, but it should be announced within the next few weeks!
Something I mentioned before, possibly a few times even. The thing is that I'm not sure what you guys would like to see in interviews. Would you like it to be about the photographer as a person, about their art, their equipment? Do you want a lot of text, do you want features in them? Do you want to know what their favorites are? Who they look up to? Would you want to read answers to really silly questions or just serious questions? Etc. Interviews are hard

I love the positive responses I've received for doing the Suggestion Saturday series. Everyone's so happy to see great art and/or realize that they've been suggested for a Daily Deviation. Like I write in the header of the series; I might not be able to feature every suggestion I get due to being able to only feature one deviation per day, but I can still give them a spotlight!
Please keep the DD suggestions coming as well. I try to vary the sub categories but it's difficult sometimes since there are a few sub categories that are just massive and get suggested a lot. I'd love to see more suggestions from the geology category and the floral category. Please make sure they really do belong in the Flowers, Plants & Trees category though, instead of the Cut Flower & Plant Arrangements. If you have ideas, suggestions, thoughts about the APN gallery, don't be afraid to contact me. I might be the only with the heart behind her nickname, but I can't be a CV without your help and suggestions.
I'd also love to hear from you if you could donate something as prizes for the contest!
