No replies to DD suggestions

I don't think it's a secret that I feature old suggestions sometimes. It can be for all kinds of reasons. It could be because someone just had a DD, but I liked your suggestion but had to wait a couple of months to be able to feature it. It can also be that I was unsure about it at the time, but didn't feel like it wasn't worth a DD at all. I have a folder in my notes that I call 'Pending' and every now and then I take a look at them again and sometimes I see something that I didn't really 'see' before which makes me change my mind and feature it at last. It could also be that you suggest something that I featured a couple days ago, for example I get a lot of Kingfishers and Northern Lights suggest. I really love both subjects, but I doubt the community would like to see a Kingfisher week or a Northern Lights week, haha. I try to vary it a bit. I also try to feature suggestions from all the sub categories that we have at the APN galleries, but some sub categories just don't get suggested that often, like Fungi and Geology.

However, I do reply to notes that state questions asking if I'll be featuring it or not, or what I think about it, or if I want to critique it if I won't be DDing it. I love answering those, so don't be afraid to ask for a reply or a comment
