Inflation Suggestions Needed (Still open)

This will be a randomized suggestion raffle, NOT a request. I take zero obligation to draw anything suggested, and even the ones that win I might get lazy and forget about it. Only Two characters out of the collective list will be chosen, completely at random, one will be inflated, one not, this is also chosen completely randomly.

 Anyway, give Two FEMALE characters, TEENS and up, NO FURRIES (but humanoids like demons are okay), ONLY ONE CAN BE AN OC. Then give me TWO random numbers between 1 and 100, It will be a random drawing, obviously, so likely one person's suggestion will end up with someone else's
