This is a VERY old account (in my mind)
most anything on here.. has been here for some time.

I think I'm going to clear some of it out, and I AM in fact tempted to start using the account again.. though I'll have to remain 'annex' it seems.

I'm from Winnipeg... I do some photography, I draw, and I paint a little as well. Always trying to improve in quality and frequency... all of these things ;)

I'm looking at DA again..

SO I'm browsing DA again... as such I've made a minor update to my profile etc... But one thing I need to ask - I have a lot of deviations that are old and.. at this point? I find them actually embarrassing. Is there a way to KEEP the deviation on DA, but 'hide' it??? I can't seem to find a way unfortunately. Anyway just a curiosity... I'd like to upload something new soon. Still not even sure about remaining as 'annex' and not making a new account. For now it'll do ;)

I've been a deviant for 7 years. With this account. Clearly it's gone UNUSED for ages and ages. I've been (yet again) pondering making better use of it. Problematically though I'd like to change my user name... but creating a new account would mean losing that little 7 year tenure that I'm strangely a little proud of. Not sure what to do about it. -J

I am working on some projects both related to work and personal that relate to web design and in searching for "how to" on certain topics have encountered SO MANY fucking photoshop related tutorials that do nothing but inspire me to work on my art again. I come to this conclusion frequently with minimal result. This is a journal update to say - OH HEY! I'm still alive. Will I become a productive member of deviant society again, and hopefully actually produce some work that's above the OLD and lame stuff that currently inhabits my gallery... that would be neat. -J
