Behind The Mask...
Are no such people who would always speak the truth. Some people lie to their advantage, they hypocrites. Others lie, not to cause inconvenience to others. They will not talk about their problems and feelings ... it is not interesting. There are also those who are afraid to open their tender and vulnerable soul. Much easier to hide all your emotions in standard mask of "all right", but people can be quite different.
