I found a photo in the Internet with girl lying among purple flowers and it seems to be a stock picture.I thought "wow,I need to draw this!".I changed it a little (hair,girl's hands,flowers,make up).

Congratulations on your DD
Also, if you have any problems or complains about a DD feature, you should discuss it with the person who featured it - in this case, me - as the author has no impact on whether their work is featured or not.
I think, I'm not the only one that told you this today.
You are good, so I'm confused, why you don't draw own ideas.
