Twili OC: Ruzahr

Goodness, I've been trying to finish this reference sheet for a while now X'D I posted a portrait of Ruzahr last year, but didn't find the time to work on him until I got the inspiration to work on the new ref sheets for the Kargarok riders. I figured last month I'd just get him done since I had already been drawing small kargaroks on those other ref sheets. For those who are new, Ruzahr is the half brother to Rahd and they aren't on speaking terms. The brothers had different fathers since their mother had an affair, but they have little in common with their looks. Ruzahr especially is glad that's the case so people don't make the connection.

As a money lender, Ruzahr is rather notorious for sending his trained flock of kargaroks to harass someone for not paying him back. But he's not caught by the law for this...yet. That'll change when he encounters Xera, one of the kargarok riders (akin to twili police) and falls for her. But him and Xera have a rocky relationship at first because of the conflict of interest. She knows he does things he shouldn't but has a hard time catching him in the act. And Ruzahr loves to tease her for it. Their story gets complicated when Rahd finds out about their relationship. Rahd's apprentice falling for his own brother? It doesn't go well XD;
