The Kiss After Flight

Working through my art, one step at a time Redrawing this one didn't take too much time and I do love how Revienne turned out. These two together really are the perfect way for me to ease into art right now. It's been challenging to start brand new things from scratch as it's honestly daunting still. My elbow still has a lot of healing to do and it's going to be a few more months before I stop feeling any pain from the healing tendons. So these little remakes are perfect because I can do just the one character for it.

Story-wise this moment takes place immediately following an important character development scene for Jynzou, where he's given the chance to feel what it's like to fly again ;v; Revienne flying beneath him to give his prosthetic wings an updraft, going higher than he's ever been able to glide on his own. I've written that flight and it brought me to tears while writing it Jynzou means so much to me and I can't express that enough ;v;
