An update on life
I realize it's been a little while since I posted on dA, let alone a journal about anything. I've been so busy these last few months and it's been difficult to keep up with all of my social medias. Most of my updates have been on toyhouse in regards to what's going on and why I'm so incredibly burnt out right now.
Long story short, one of my kids had a medical emergency that resulted in a hospital stay. My child who was hospitalized came home after 6 days in the hospital. I won't go into detail on what happened out of respect for my family's privacy, but I'm thankful that my family is back together again. Unfortunately however, just a few days later my Grandpa passed away. He had been in hospice care for a time so it was expected to happen at some point, but it didn't lessen the blow. I'm mourning the loss, he was my last grandparent ;-; In the last 10 years all 4 of my grandparents passed. For a lot of it, it still feels fresh to me especially now that my Grandpa is gone. Everyone knows that vine meme of the kid running with a knife, right? XD I was thinking of Begonia and the shenanigans her son, Raiquen, gets into especially when he's young, and I had to doodle them for this

She's not one to laugh with shenanigans like these. Actually not really any of my OCs would laugh about their child running with a knife? But at least the meme itself is funny so XD
