The Demons of Kitikami (Puppet TF, SFW)

When legend resurfaced on a village wrought with fables, it was almost too much to take in. A terrible ogre reconciling with its reputation,  versus spirits of heroes ressurected by peach blossoms as vengeful zombies...?!

Wherever the truth of justice lay, regardless of which side of history was right, Mitsuri knew the only thing that mattered was to protect the villagers trapped between the frays. As the Corp drew closer, reports of people growing inconsolably strange increased by the growing minute...

Though prepared to fight with her might to slay whatever threat reveals itself, her defeat came about the simplest way- one bite of the village's famed confections. Just one taste of the magenta mochi was all the curse required to render just as unwilling to betray the chains of control as the rest of the doomed village...

Man, this was a fun one!! I know, I know, the prompt screams "Carmine" but I wanted to twist things up a bit more. A weird correlation, but Mitsuri's colors matched Shrouded Fable's so well, I've associated the two ever since!!

Let me know if I should Demon Slayer post more! The show used to be big a few years ago, but I may have missed the bus like with Spy x Family in my last picture (which you should totally check out by the way!!)

If you'd like more Demon Slayer, you know how to vote for it!! Otherwise, sorry for being slow lately. Hoping to rechase "the groove".
