*sigh* I am getting better, I finally did some hand sewing today! ( I was unable to do any sewing till today)  my heart still aches and I feel lonely but.. I can deal with it and I am pretty happy when I am around friends.  ( thank god for them right?)work is starting to pick up again so I can distract myself with that. I also decided to go to emerald city comicon for my first time ever to give me a goal for myself.things are getting better.. Though today was not so great, sadly.I woke up today in a panic attack, something I have not done before. My heart rate was crazy, I was covered in sweat, my vision was blurred, I just could not stop ...

*sigh*So, its been a 4 days since my breakup and 14 days since my grans death.This is hard, being an adult about crappy things is hard, making hard choices... yep you guessed it its hard. Been crying myself to sleep for 14 days straight. Sometimes its full out ball my face off, sometimes its just watery red eyes. All and all... I'm not really sure what 'I'm doing. Work is now  exhausting, I used to give 7 hours  worth of work and be fine, now giving half an hour  makes me feel like I'm going to pass out for a few seconds. My co-workers are concerned for me, but I don't want that, so I put on my work face and smile and joke around hoping it...
