Another Background Vector!

I've been working on this for a few months now but I had to change things here and there. I never really felt satisfied with it, so I ended up redrawing the entire lower body a few times but I think it came out really good.

I tried out some different shading/lighting for this vector as I was experimenting with some different techniques but either way Rarity is always fun to draw, especially with cybernetic eyes!
