Please stop making these

I wanna ask ya something. How heartless do ya have to be to make a fill in meme thing where a character is laughing at another character crying? I don't understand why anybody would think that crying is funny, that's really screwed up for people to laugh at someone showing extreme despair.

Just stop. Stop it. Crying is not funny.
