Shiny Stakataka for the Ultra Fast Catchup Collab! from here: 
Out of the new Ultra Beasts from USUM, my favourite would have to be Blacephalon, but I also like its counterpart Stakataka. Really fitting like the other UB pairs and their themes, Pheromosa & Buzzswole (humanoid insects with appearances leaning towards one gender or the other), Kartana & Celesteela (plant-like beings with japanese themes) the two also follow this being chaotic & colorful (Blacephalon) and orderly & monochromatic (Stakataka).
