Because of the paint splatters on his livery, it was a bit hard to make. Surprisingly, his livery works pretty well on the 2009 Ford Focus RS despite that his actual model is sort of based of a Citroen C4 WRC.

Raoul may not be as fast as all the other World Grand Prix, but he can accelerate very quickly because of his all-wheel-drive drivetrain which gives him a 0-100 Km/h (0-60 MPH) of 3.5 seconds. He is especially very fast on the dirt. ÇaRoule's engine is a 1.6 Litre turbocharged inline 4 that produces 221 kW (300 HP and 304 PS), and he has a top speed of 200 Km/h (124.3 MPH). His model is a 2006 Global Rally Car that has some elements from a 1999 Citron C4 WRC that are based off one that was driven by French rally driver, Sébastien Loeb.
