Blue Ref - Update 2025

Another updated ref! This time for my friend, James or better known by @BlueKnight97

His character needed a redesign. His character has been unchanged for years. 10 years to be exact.

I asked him and he said that I could update Blue with a new design, colors he picked and all creative freedom granted. There are still some similarities but different, more grown, as we have very much grown in many different ways, over the years.
