Bela Lugosi and Helen Chandler as Dracula and Mina Harker in the 1931 Universal Picture's DRACULA. I'm a big fan of the classic monsters.

Copic markers, PITT pens, colored pencil, and white paint on tan paper, 9x12

I'd love to see Frankenstein, the Wolfman, and other Universal monster pieces done like this!

Fantastic, I truly miss the more classic depiction of monsters known from movies done by Universal Picture's. So many iconic designs that exist even to this day.

Oh, man this is amazing! Awesome job. What makes it even better is that it's traditional art. I'm sure it took a while to finish, but the result is spectacular.

Looks like Bela got poor Mina this time.

And where's Renfield? Hiding behind a tombstone?

More seriously, do you consider only the Universal Horrors to be the 'Classic' Monsters, or do you add in some of the ones a lot of the kids of my generation saw on TV back when you had those local horror shows like 'Shock Theater'? I.e., King Kong, the Hammer Horrors, Godzilla, etc.?

I do consider them classics, but everything is kind of in sub-categories... Universal, Hammer, Kaiju, Slasher, etc.
