Beebe and Bonnie are Yakko and Wakko's kids so they have to go to the Dr. Scratchansniff's cabinet for zaniness check. The new/old substitute nurse is Elmyra. She's good in keeping Dr. Scratchansniff's wacky/zany toon patients in check, by hugging and squeezing.
