Description

Here's my 2nd sprite base I made, a GWR 1361 0-6-0 base in the style of the Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends TV series.


Inspired by phancan1's TVS locomotive base pack.


Feel free to customise and make your own character (at least it's not an OC character), but please credit me when you are done.
