I apologize if I am verbose when I make commentary on your stunning artwork but I think you've seen enough of my comments to recognize my style.  It is not to critique but to revere the brilliance of it's affect upon me.  The artists that I find in dA and other such internet websites tend to get this sort of reaction from people like myself :rose:   This polychromatic relief sculpture is so striking in the main contrasting colors above and below.  The spikes at his forehead and above his head are brilliant gold and resemble a crown, headdress of a powerful king/chieftain/effigy of deity. The gold representing a higher source or standing amongst others. The blue representing the steadfastness of earthly connections, of the "pale blue dot" that Carl Sagan referred Earth to be.  In some beliefs, blue is a highly spiritual color, gold is for a regal bearing.  What I like best is his face. The depth and curvature of his face is strong, ancient wisdom in his eyes, and he has the facial structure of native indigenous peoples from South America.  Inti translates into the word for an old Peruvian money.  Peru... makes perfect sense.  ... I like this very much! :rose:
