This is extremly unfortunate, but no, I don't think we actual humans will see this future.
We engaged the wrong route, we're going straight into various Dystopias.

I'm not saying some human will not go through them, but... Hearth ressources can't refill before long.
But since then, I don't think humans will be the same humans as before.

Well, yeah. Of course no one can really predict the future as it really will happen, but we can predict aspects of it given recent trends. The idea of a perfect unchanging utopia is a joke, and high-rises as seen here may become obsolete as our world gets smarter. So yeah...
