Stalemate

yippee... finally finished! it's the age-old battle between black and white, and helix is about to deliver his final blow!

yes, although he is shown here wearing black, helix is actually the white knight (i just thought the black suits his blond hair better lol ) as for bishop, i realise it's a tad blasphemous to have a golden cross in one hand and a gun in the other, but what do you use to represent a bishop without robes?

my favourite bits however are the globe and the fact that the characters are aligned in an L shape, suggesting that imminent threat from the knight.
