Nope, not that little blond wimp from the movie. This is the true Alexander (the redhead) the Conqueror of Nations.
This guy is from Fate/Zero novels, prequel to Fate/Stay Night visual novel.
He is the ultimate force of Befriending, even Nanoha would be impressed by his skills. Through sheer force of will and his ideals he swept all those whom he conquered into following him. All those defeated by him, instead of hating and plotting against him grew loyal to him and shared his dream of conquering the world. Even after death and becoming Heroic Spirits they still remain loyal to him and in the time of need will heed his calling and come, forming his Peerless Army and going to war along him once more.
