Albedo from the new manga/anime Overlord. Underneath that armor lurks a beautiful raven-haired succubus. But you wouldn't be able to tell just by looking at her armor... which is an AWESOME THING! For the first time in a while I've seen a non-fetishistic female armor and it's glorious!
