A Rixixi NPC! She's going to run some event shops! She'll mostly hand out quests and barter mini-prompts involving Nskanetis!

Arakanth are an original species I've had for a while, I ddddddon't have an info page set up for them yet, but when I do, I won't mind if people make OCs of them o: Just let me get the page up first and don't take credit for the species/lore/etc, ya know?
