[Rixixi Off-World NPCs] Alex and Chipper

A Rixixi NPC and a combination Rixixi and B-NOMALY NPC! Alex and Chipper act as "representatives" for Earth in Rixixi, and as such, they'll mainly be announcing event activity prompts involving our little blue dot! Over in B-NOMALY, Chipper is one of the workers for an idea I've had for a bit now - Aide-Nomaly.

Alexis acts as a translator for major events - they're very much a polyglot and, as a space-faring translator, have picked up many alien languages as well. Chipper also works as a translator along with them! They have three mouths between them (that can, in fact, operate independent of each other, in Chipper's case) and can translate to up to three languages at once.

Chipper works for Aide-Nomaly, a group of B-NOMALIES that assist disabled beings in getting around their daily life. Need a helping hand? Why not have 6 helping hands and a tail?
They're basically service animals, except sapient! So like. Service animals combined with aides. Please ask Aide-Nomalies before attempting to pet them.
