I just realized that someone may not know how to access the materials/textures (if it is provided) in my freebies.  This is the instructions, see Materials (PDF to download) for details.

Since someone also ask about the templates, I also try to provide the instructions at UsingTemplate (PDF to download).  Yes, this is the way that I make my textures.  If you have a better way, please tell me.

Qipao Girl by sleepydem0n
I tried to make some surface for trim at the collars, sleeves, and at chest/cleavage line so that the lace part is divided. It would be very awesome if you were to revisit the dress sometime.

What kind of improvement you want to see?
I may make a Genesis 8 version.

Hi Amy,
Don't see any stuff in the "material" links.
Oh, and btw, I found out a method to add surface region to existing clothes, but it also depends on how dense the polygons(?) are. I played around with the nice qipao you created earlier, surprisingly ok results for a total newbie.

The "material" link should be there.  I tried that without another device without my login.  If you cannot see the content, click the download there to get the PDF.

Could you also share about adding surface region to existing clothes?

Try this file, I saved the modified DUF object here, ufile.io/q01b5

Basically, I get the Tool Setting pop up , switch to Geometry Editor.
Create Surface "Collar Lining"
Then you paint the collar lining, right click, add to Surface, choose "Collar Lining".
